Our Vision at CIR is to provide cash solutions to our customers with the highest level of customer service possible. The beauty of dealing with small business is that someone is able to take responsibility & make quick decisions. This is often not the case with big business. I just spent 4 in person appointments to sort out a matter & came away with no results. In fact no one is willing to make a decision & the reason for this is – they don’t care. They get paid whether the customer is happy or not. As a small business owner I need to care & I want to care as it not only makes good business sense but it makes my work life that bit better.
